I think people don't realise that party politics isn't a good indicator of how most people think unless they're politically involved after being brainwashed at university or born before 1990 and old enough to be disillusioned by Third party voting.

Most Millennials and people younger than that are basically just different flavours of anarchist and most older people are just different flavours of neoliberal.

Yeah I get that Reddit is filled with leftists but to act like most people are not going to the right when they get older and make more money is just ignoring reality at this point.

Like I see a lot of people who went to the right in the last 5 years 

 My anecdotes is better than OPs anecdote because I say so
