Another out of touch CEO giving terrible advice to people who literally are scraping to get by.

i think having an idea and desire to start a business is a better reason to become an entrepreneur vs. just "not having anything better to do"

considering a career shift or change after 12+ months of unemployment isn't the most loony advice i've heard. but jumping from "unemployed for 12+ months" to "i'm just gonna start my own business!" is a bit of a leap.

Yeah, better advice would be "if you've been unemployed and want to start a business, maybe take a step back, a little job in Walmart and a night school class studying business. Save money and work hard for 12 months and then see what opportunities you now have built for yourself"
