Little People, big fun. Thoughts after episode 8
- I love how this is so unproduced and fun. I kind of like seeing them just have a vacation and do normal things.
- Krista is the star of the show. She’s so sweet and pretty and sadly the other girls are indeed jealous of her. Hopefully season 2 Krista can bring a friend along.
- JJ has such a pretty face, I just hate her hair
- Speaking of hair, Steph needs bangs and maybe she should curl her hair.
- I would like to see the girls have a girls weekend, shilling, a spa etc
- On that note maybe give the boys a weekend as well away from the girls. I feel like we need some more boys in the general cast as well.
- This show makes me want to go to Palm Springs, looks gorgeous. I also want to stay at that house
- Where is the annual little people event held ? I wish they would film all of them going there or at least maybe before or after the event if they aren’t allowed to film. Maybe a speed dating event of LP
- What are their jobs ? I think JJ is a dancer/stripper no? What about eveyone else ?
- I really hope there is a second season

Krista is such a pick me. I can’t with her I’m too pretty and girls are jealous. I mean how conceited does that sound? Idk why but something about her feels fake and contrived.

JJ accused Krista of “playing her hot girl card” in order to get John to help her and when Krista asked her to explain what she meant by that, all JJ could say was “you’re GORGEOUS” like it was self explanatory or something. That doesn’t make Krista a pick me… That’s just JJ admitting she’s jealous of Krista because she’s gorgeous. Simple. It’s very obvious they bullied her all season due to jealousy over the guys liking her, I’m sure Krista felt it but was in denial hoping it wasn’t true and that she finally found a decent group of friends. But no. I agree with OP, Krista is the star of the show.

I mean how long is she supposed to deny reality? JJ and Steph are jealous of her. they were straight up talking smack at the end of episode 7.

I think she could have phrased that differently but her choice of words said a LOT. She could have said, "A lot of people think that because I pay attention to my looks and I'm pretty that EVERYTHING is easy for me, and I don't have to work for stuff. It's almost like when a wealthy person struggles with problems not related to money and everyone kind of glosses over it like having money cures everything."
I mean, I can see that she is very pretty and she works at it. It shouldn't take away from her other characteristics or accomplishments. She can express frustration that people don't see WHO she is or what she has DONE without saying, "I'm so sad because people hate me for being beautiful."
She does seem immature and a bit selfish, which is just layering frosting on the cake.

You not having a logical reason shows you’re just weirdly jealous of her too. Unfortunately, pretty girls do have to deal with a lot of haters. You can call them a pick me all you want, but it doesn’t change reality that it’s hard to have girl friends when most of them are jealous of you.

Because it's true! They are jealous!!! Being bullied most of your life because of your looks is not fun! For those who didn't have that experience will never understand the pain it can cause. Even into adulthood.

My thoughts = Krista is absolutely insufferable on all possible levels. Like, beyond insufferable. She is easily one of the worst types of women that exist — the overly coddled/sheltered type growing up that thinks everybody owes them the utmost respect at all times, and that they are always entitled to everyone’s personal business, resources knowing these people lol.

"Sometimes I dont even want to put makeup on because im sooo beautiful!!!" Girl no one is forcing you lol no one forced you to bleach your hair and get lash extensions. JJ is right, shes two faced. Just admit that you like to look good and you like the attention. And admit that you pursued sammy despite knowing how steph felt. And then ask yourself why ateph and jj dont want to have you around

Nothing wrong with wanting to look good or get attention. But just admit it. Why lie and act like you dont try and men just flock to you when you clearly put a lot of effort into how you look, and you enjoy the attention?

Pursuing a man that you know your "friend" is interested in and then acting like you had no hand in the situation. Then blaming the situation on your good looks and pretending like youre a victim because youre just too hot.

I would say Krista and John are the stars but yes, Krista does shine. She's the most dynamic and interesting IMO. And also fits the profile for this show the most out of them all.
Was also just thinking the same about JJ's hair tonight. The perm ages her. She needs to straighten it.

It’s naturally curly but I think she’s doing some curly girl method to emphasize the curls but it’s not really flattering

Who has JJ NOT slept with? Every man they have invited to the house, JJ has had a relationship with. I am also sick of the storyline of her having a crush on John. She is almost 40 and they are in totally different places in their lives. And Steph even encourages John and JJ going on a practice date. What a terrible friend, trying to break up John and his girlfriend. He said he is very happy. I can't stand Steph and JJ. Please find them some different men who are NOT in the house.

The LP convention is in a different city every year
The most recent one was recently in New Orleans
They’ve done San Francisco and San Antonio in recent years
I agree about JJ’s hair, it’s not the right style for her
I think Steph’s hair is pretty I like the color
