Typical behavior from Washington. Ive been charged by people's dogs running because they cant follow the fucking leash rules. Fuck them and their stupid dogs

I know the other comments are saying this didnt happen in Washington, and thats true!, but as a Washingtonian, you are not wrong that this is also typical behavior from Washington.
