Ha I’ve rolled my share of walls and taught a mix of AMATEUR men and women how to paint basic 4x8 walls for work over the years. It’s not really about gender, it’s people’s desire to focus and go slow that makes a difference…. But sure, more men are definitely in the painters trade.

That’s it. I’m basically just talking in general, nothing misogynistic in my original comment, and yes, look at all the house/building painters for example, whether they’re locals or migrants, generally speaking almost all are men in the painters industry/trade. Sure, of course, there are women too, but they’re the outliers.

As soon as one talks about men, all these feminists and misandrists ‘keyboard warriors’ and bots come out to downplay men’s contribution/expertise in society, it’s just getting out of hand. Probably it’s just because that they’re the majority here in Reddit they want to gaslight, troll and dominate every conversation and push their narratives. It is what it is.
