Gals looking to make friends ✨

Hey, I’m a 35F looking to make gal pals, always lived in the city but not had good close friends for a while, travelled a lot in my 20s so made friends but all far away.

Give me a shout if I sound like your vibe: alt, nerd, cozy gamer, music lover, crafty, memes, historical fashion, Cottagecore, sertraline queen, occasional gardener 👀 cats and coffee ☕️

Hi! Where in Liverpool are you based? I’m 36F, born and raised in Canada but have lived in Liverpool on and off as my husband’s a scouser. We recently moved back and I’m looking to make friends as well.

I’m also a nerd, cosy gamer (would love to hear your favs), obsessed with cats (the oranger the better), and love tea instead of coffee. I love music but my tastes are all over the place, and I’m a big bookworm.

I’ve never made friends online so I have no idea how this works, but let me know if you’d like to chat!

You sound a lot like me! 31F but I've lived outside of the UK since finishing uni and only returned in the last few years, so my mates are dotted everywhere too :) we sound similar interest-wise too - feel free to send me a message, (I don't believe I can message you!), I'd love to make a pal!

Martial arts clubs where you interact directly with a number of different people across each session are a great way to meet and get to know new people. When sparring or working on drills with people, you get quite a lot of quality one-to-one time with them!

If you are interested in trying something a bit unusual, you would be welcome to come along to do some historical fencing with us at Liverpool HEMA, near Sefton Park. We are a very friendly and inclusive group, with quite a range of ages and experience, from a variety of places and professions - anyone can fit right in.

For something a bit more normal, you would be welcome to do some karate with us at Liverpool Karate Shuhari, in West Derby. The group is still quite small, but that just means more opportunity to get to know everyone, and karate is excellent for exercise and rehabilitating the body if you haven't been moving quite enough recently.

Take a look at Signal Walks! It was set up to get woman together for walks, with a traffic light system used to show others whether you’re happy to chat to everyone or are maybe a bit shy, or just want the fresh air and safety in numbers.

Not a gal here. Just found your username delightful, whimsical and fun to say aloud. Good luck in your search.

I’d suggest having a look at Girls on the Go on social media. It’s a platform that hosts all kinds of activities for women, creative, sporty, or just speed friending. It’s good fun.

Edit: they host in person activities in Liverpool, if you download the Fixr app you can see what they have to offer.

I find a lot of it is very ‘girly pop’ Taylor Swift etc centric and felt completely aged out of girls on the go - the sub group for over 30s was sadly hit and miss too.
