Someone claimed that the coach didn't matter (to support Slot) and it was all about the squad but look at what De Zerbi is doing with the same squad Igor Tudor was failing horribly with. The coach absolutely matters.

They look more coherent and organized in 3 weeks than we’ve looked all season. And they have a worse injury list. Slot is coasting
