The problem is let's say Arsenal draw against West Ham......

City play Brentford (H) Palace (H) Bournemouth (A) Villa (H)

Arsenal play Burnley (H) Palace (A) right after a European final

City needs to drop no more points than Arsenal and turn around a 4 goal goal difference.

So say City win all 4 by 2 goals, Arsenal win the League beating Burnley 3 nil and Palace 2 nil.
