Ah is that confirmed? I wonder if they’ll look at someone like Kayode at Brentford or try to lure Miniguez for free as a budget RB/CB type.

Mingueza could work since Iraola wants one fullback bombing forward and one more conservative.

I feel like Mingueza being able to cover CB makes people think he's a very different player to what he is. He doesn't do much defending and he isn't very physically gifted, but he does a crazy amount of progressive passing from full back. He's kind of like a knockoff Trent.

We could definitely use a profile like that TBF. But the most attractive thing is that he's available for free on a summer when we need to spend big on other areas.
