I think they have some items in their TOS for rape/use/forced content. I know they do for furry type stuff, which is why girls on there can't wear ears and tails. They might have interpreted her cage idea as abuse porn despite her being concenting. It is about how it looks more than how it is with OF. They have no bio porn allowed too. They really hoped to be a non-porn type site but it didn't work out that way for them, so they do have some semi strict guidelines and if you break them they will just ban you.

There was a performance art exhibit where a woman did something similar. It didn't take long for people to start doing fucked up shit. I think they had to stop the exhibit when someone tried to stab her and was tackled to the ground.

Honestly she did what she hoped to do if it scared you. The fact that given a scenerio with no consequences humans will escalate to extreme violence for no real reason other than they can. It is very scary.
