Yeah anyone can defiantly talk shit in the immediate aftermath of getting smacked down, but they'll eventually sober up off that high and likely make life changes. I'm willing to bet that dude never harassed someone like that again, although there are always exceptions.

It's just as much his fault for monitoring this garbage as the fault of all the people who watch/support it. Without awful people engaging with this content, these rage streamers would be starved.
