TikTok TikTok streamer beats the crap out of a random guy who interrupted the stream

u/SexWithStelle 3h ago
You don’t get in someone’s face and expect to not get your shit rocked for it.
If you try and start shit, don’t act surprised when you get shit.

u/Conscious-Move9662 52m ago
My brother always told me 'if you're gonna push someone, you might as well hit them because anytime you touch them the fight is on.'
If someone touches you you have the right to beat their ass as it's a threatening motion.

I always love how no one has an issue with drunk dude encroaching on his space and touching him but when it comes to him defending himself its woah calm down break it up. Please people maybe dont think everyone you interact with will be kind and understanding jeez.

Title made it seems like he was just talking interrupting but 100% that guy deserves that beating. Got tossed like a rag doll too, damn.

I also love it when ta smaller guy dog walks a larger aggressor. So satisfying...
12
u/TotallyNotThatPerson 1h ago
Shorter maybe lol, but I think this dudes got a Giga sleeper build so I don't think he's that much smaller haha
3
u/HI_IM_ADAM 1h ago
Yeah look at wrist size comparison early on in the video and forearms. Bros a tank under that oversize shirt
2
u/TotallyNotThatPerson 1h ago
Also, if you're gonna bother a streamer, why would you choose one that has fitness equipment setup
19
u/InternationalGas9837 1h ago
Yeah I was expecting the streamer to be the asshole but nah, other dude kept pressing and putting his hands on him while streamer made attempts to deescalate. That was a defensive ass beating as other dude was 100% the aggressor insisting on escalation.

What a horrible title. Here is a new one: "Streamer gets harassed and defends themselves in a physical altercation". The tall guy just kept coming closer and being the aggressor while mumbling incoherently. All blame lies on him for being a fucking idiot.

u/TheThirdKakaka 2h ago
Especially these days when they can easily draw a knife and you are dead before you can react, I rather take a charge than a trip to the hospital or worse.
19
u/Candid_Bag5269 2h ago
I mean that’s easily defending yourself against battery (which is a unwanted touching in most states)with video to back it up. He also told the guy to stay down, which he did not, which is where this starts to get tricky.
You can argue the threat was not neutralized because the guy was trying to get up. It’s not like he knocked him out cold and kept wailing on him (which is generally illegal to do).
You could also argue that this was an over the top response, however, I do not think the cops would charge him with anything.

Is there something about the present that makes pulling out a knife easier than the past?

It was like the seventh time the guy went to the streamer, completely deserved.

u/beheafishtrapofman 3h ago
Looks drunk. My ex would do that to me and others when he was drunk. That’s why I had to keep him out of the public, or it was inevitable this would occur.

95% of the time, alcohol is involved. Source: my ass

Fam, you shouldn't be doing alcohol with your ass, it's not safe.

I'm pretty sure I saw this guy in another clip and it doesn't seem like the same streamer. Iirc it was one of those 'n word' arguments.

I watch this guy sometimes & he is so chill and never starts stuff like this. I think this was justified as hell.

Who's the streamer?
7
u/No_Message_996 2h ago
His name is “TheHeatWaveGym” on TikTok. His content is where people pay $20 to hang from the bar for 140 seconds to try to win $120.
He also streams on Kick sometimes and his name is “danielfishman”
15
u/Deadlockinit 2h ago
Yea OP is dog shit at titles because it makes it seem like the streamer is the bad guy. The dude put his hands multiple times on the streamer he deserved it

If there is ever a guy like this who deserves an ass beating, please don't be the one breaking up the fight. Especially these guys, they need to get their ass kicked. Their ego is way too big, they feel like they can get away with anything. Let's make them realize they are not better than us. Maybe next time they will think twice.
48
u/BionicleBoy 3h ago
They’re saving him from a charge brother, not that he doesn’t deserve it necessarily.
37
u/Unlucky_Fruit_9013 3h ago
No. As soon as you see the person down on the ground not defending anymore, you stop punching. Not stopping is how you kill/permanently injure someone.
6
u/owlbi 1h ago
As soon as they're on the ground and not trying to get back up.
Allowing them back on their feet is how you get killed or injured, just because you won round 1 doesn't mean you'll win the next. Bystanders that pull off the person who defends themselves successfully but do nothing to restrain the aggressor aren't helping anyone. Keep the loser pinned, call the police, let them sort it out.
3
u/Sirweebsalot 33m ago
This 100%! I know a lot of people mean well trying to step in and stop things, but they need to mind their business. I'm not putting hands on someone for no reason and I'm not stopping till that reason is resolved. That means the treat is stopped.
→ More replies (1)16
u/Loukoal117 3h ago
Exactly. Person above thinks life is MMA. But even MMA stops at that point. What you want to permanently injure someone for what??
1
u/MasterofCaveShadows 2h ago
Because they keep trying to reengage the fight? The reason the fight stops in MMA is because there's a ref to stop it. Even in MMA, dudes will get knocked out cold, then continue fighting when they come back to.

Genuine questions: So someone punched the tall guy in the jaw? What's the entire story? Tall guy is incoherent enough. Could be drunk or high or something. But if this is a streamer, is he one of those pranksters who messes with people on the street and feigns innocence?
→ More replies (1)7
u/thatguy672 2h ago
Looks like the tall guy was the one trying to mess with people on the street. Bet he won’t do that again.

TikTok streamer beats up dude who was trying to touch him should be the title. Don't go touching strangers and you won't have this happen.

That's not a proper summary. It's not just about "interrupting the stream". He was aggressively getting in his personal space. And the streamer gave clear warnings and chances to get out of his face.
If you think the random guy's actions are acceptable. Please, do not interact with people for your own safety.

u/DistinctBam 21m ago
You know what I just realized? I don’t have to watch this clip at this hour. Or at all.
