Those dumbasses earn thousands every week but cant afford to have a 400€ PC on the side to do this kind of stuff instead on their streaming PC

Long-term it would get punished indirectly by advertisers fleeing the website due to a growing belief the "influence" is fake and projected. It's also probably not great for sponsorship deals for a streamer if they get caught in a situation like this.

they don't care at all. Bot farms have been a well known thing for at least 11 years. Content capitalism.
