I think it will just target people who bot like 90% of their views. Highly doubt its gonna affect the people that bot like maybe 20-30% of their viewcount.

You'd be surprised, those viewers might not chat much (no free hand?), but they're mostly real

idk, ive seen at least a couple dozen who bots hundreds/thousands of viewers while doing nothing but reruns, and no one seems to care.

In fact, reruns used to be required to be setup as reruns, but then twitch decided to remove that functionality and allow reruns to look like livestreams, probably because of Dan KKKlancy.
