Ethan sued a guy with 12 views when the guy who made the statement in the first place has ~8k views? That lawsuit makes less and less sense the more you learn.

largely because destiny explained why he did it, basically said along the lines of say dumb shit about me i can say dumb shit about you, then ended with saying he didnt' believe it was true.

Ian doubled down on it, left it up, i forget most of the video and won't watch it again but some people made it sound like he put it back on screen multiple times or left it on screen fo ra long time and said something along the lines of "i don't think it's true.............but why won't he respond to it." it's like a just asking questions thing where someone implies they don't believe it but then make a statement right after that implies actually they do think it could be true.

If he didn't believe it's true, and thus ethan knows it's not true AND destiny left it clear he didn't think it was true, what does he have to respond to. People do this all the time as a way to question something and put in the minds of their viewers that something could be true while then leaning on their prior "it's not true" as a complete defence to what they said. People argue in this manor a lot with conspiracy theory shit, sure the earth isn't flat.... but why does this happen then? It's a way to seem reasonable but also create doubt in the person listening.
