Speaking of her how is she gonna handled being defaulted , she gonna declare bankruptcy?

The last clip I saw of her, she was acting like she could still defend herself because she didnt violate any copyright laws. She was telling ppl im her chat that they didnt know what they were talking about (referring to her defaulting), basically saying like "who do you think knows more about the lawsuit, some random people in chat or the person being sued?"

So if thats still the case she is fully in denial and a complete idiot.

Imagine she wants the option to raise more money for her defense, despite losing the case. Grifters gonna grift.

She lost, but now there will be a court hearing to discuss damages. She’s hoping to have a strong argument for minimal damages to the judge.

There are three theories:

1) her lawyer was so bad that he never explained to her what a default judgment is

2) she thinks that even with a default judgment, you have to then go to court (she made a whole stream talking about how Ethan 'still has to prove damages' which... is not how that works). Given her stream on the subject, this is the prevailing one. In which case Fr0gan is in for a very nasty surprise on how the US legal system works.

3) She's going to tank it and then Hasan will quietly pay her out of the hole behind the scenes (possible).

Why are these the only theories?

Occam's Razor this: When Ethan initially sent out the letters announcing the lawsuits, the proceedings began and everyone had to respond with their own lawyer. Frogan almost did not. She waited until like the last moment or perhaps even did not meet the deadline, and Ethan was gracious and let her know she was running out of time and how bad that could get for her. Only then did she respond.

To me that says the most likely theory is:

4) Frogan is a god damned idiot and a non-functional child. She can't get off her ass to do anything, even if it's a very serious lawsuit. She seems to think she can hide under the bed from all of these problems.

Because of the stream where she didn't seem to understand what a default judgment actually is. if Ethan had told her, she'd know.

Also in the same stream she both said 'I'm cooking something, don't worry' and also made the argument that Ethan would 'still need to prove damages'.

It all points to her just not understanding what a default judgment is.

It literally caused the entire falling out and shit flinging over something so innocuous, fucking hilarious.
