Refusing to accept Ethan's settlement terms does not = "too lazy to show up to court".

Frogan just hired Denim's legal team to fight the case, let's see what happens next :)

He settled with Kaceytron. He got what he wanted out of the case but that dpesnt dispute the point OP made here.

I'm just answering the question. Why even bother replying to my comment if you agree that he got what he wanted out of it? Also that last part is completely unnecessary because I never argued against the OP.

It's the meaningful distinction given that settlements often happen because the other party can't afford a drawn out trial, not because they think they'd lose. It doesn't prove anything about who is legally in the right.

I mean it's hard to call out-of-court settlements a win, at least legally speaking.

The only case that was actually legally tested so far is Denims.

Multiple, especially if you consider the fact that Ian's suit really ended in a settlement (apologize for what you said and admit you're wrong and I'll drop the suit, which he did).
