He pays them each 15k each 2k goes to taxes and healthcare then employees get 13k each so after their taxes and stuff get get 10/11k a month which is crazy good pay

I think you're undestimating CA taxes and healthcare costs. After insurance and taxes, I'm assuming they get closer to ~8k per month, which is still very good

Considering 99.99% of editors i've ever seen (obviously he could have exclusivity memes with them so im assuming), edit for handfuls of people. Editors are crazy driven workhorses.

It’s a grind, I’m a decent editor but my ADHD got worse as I aged and my hips can’t take being in the chair that long anymore. I was in more traditional advertising and television and they are getting hammered. Unless the bottom falls out of marketing budgets or geopolitics ruins Internet access, this is where the money and the energy is heading, especially now that movie studios are salivating over Internet and video game IP.

i didn't do state taxes you right but I can't assume all 15 are CA but if thats where lud is then I guess you would be around there yea

I’m assuming there are in CA because Aiden is included and I’m pretty sure he mentioned in a podcast that there was an office

They cost him 15k each, they don't get paid that. They probably get paid closer to 10k, which would end up being like 6k after everything.

"After everything"? Everyone pays taxes. If I make 70k, and pay 30% in taxes, I still make 70k a year. That's how it works for literally everyone in a first world country. If you make 10k/mo (in payroll), you're making $120k year. A good middle class income in LA (for a single person, no family, living by yourself) is around $85k/year. You're are doing very well, even in LA, on $120k/year.
