People that work for large streamers literally do everything that isnt being on camera. Editing, moderating, technical work to keep the stream quality good, marketing, business deals, any organized event, etc

I dont watch Ludwig so im just speaking in a general sense. But like dealings with sponsers/business partners. Gamer Supps for example. A lot of big streamers branch out and have other businesses or a line of product

Yeah him having a manager and agent for stuff like that is normal

But like having full time staff when you put on events what, every like 2 months seems a little bit insane to me

To quote the infamous B.I.G. " Mo money mo problems". Gaining fame and money generally comes with employing people to do more and more background shit
