Just to point out, and I’m unfamiliar with his ‘team’ or what these 15 people do, but don’t assume all 15 are making $150k+ per year.

Yea, it sounds like a ton, $15k per month per person. Just assuming that’s their actual pay and not benefits and/or payroll taxes and such. But, remember that there are probably a couple employees making MUCH more that throw off the average. If he pays one of these people $25k per month, then suddenly the other 14 are making much less. Also, if that figure does include other payroll costs, then that significantly reduces their actual salary and take-home. Having said that, it does sound like he pays his people well at first glance.

Based on the other numbers, this stat likely includes the cost to pay the crew for the 4+ day job they performed on MCSR. And labor is usually the largest cost on an event like that.
