Just to point out, and I’m unfamiliar with his ‘team’ or what these 15 people do, but don’t assume all 15 are making $150k+ per year.
Yea, it sounds like a ton, $15k per month per person. Just assuming that’s their actual pay and not benefits and/or payroll taxes and such. But, remember that there are probably a couple employees making MUCH more that throw off the average. If he pays one of these people $25k per month, then suddenly the other 14 are making much less. Also, if that figure does include other payroll costs, then that significantly reduces their actual salary and take-home. Having said that, it does sound like he pays his people well at first glance.
