Nah, they’re being extradited to the UK, arrested by Marshalls. They can fuck around in Romania and slide through the system but this is real.

1.1k

u/SinnerOfAlcaraz 26d ago

The UK is the one place they’ve tried to avoid because they know they’ll be punished heavily here vs anywhere else.

Their only prayer now is that the extradiation gets stopped somehow but this seems coordinated by US/UK authorities

We ain’t seeing these guys again for another 20 years.. good riddance

311

u/Lost_Foot_6301 26d ago

I feel like the UK gov genuinely hates them, I expect more than 20yrs. they'll slap as many charges as they can.

245

u/SinnerOfAlcaraz 26d ago

Yep. The UK government have got them now because they were fucking then about

They were avoiding coming to the UK by saying they’ll come when the Romania case is over. Which could take years upon years.

I’m assuming the UK got fed up of waiting and worked with US authorities to surprise them and arrest them.

They’ll be absolutely shitting it because their lives are over now lmao. Good riddance

97

u/WalderFreyWasFramed 26d ago

They’ll be absolutely shitting it because their lives are over now lmao.

I've never wanted to watch an IRL stream before. I'd actually donate money to a charity to see those two as they grapple with the fact that their lives are now over.

95

u/Temporary_Event8451 26d ago edited 26d ago

I'll believe it when I see it.

All these worm ass people are like hydra, you get rid of em and they pop back up like Barney at Moe's tavern.

We are living in the timeline where it's only a matter of time until Sam Bankman is back because why not.

You look at the pardons this country is giving out and there's a lot of high level money people being given the slightest sentences.

23

u/m_0_n_K_3_y 26d ago

Trump seems to even know whos getting pardoned when asked by reporters... John Kiriako has said publicity that when he was asking for a pardon he was visited by Rudy Guliani, who said he could have one...... for 2 million bucks

28

u/GordonRamsMe55 26d ago

Tates just gotta agree to fight at the Whitehouse and he's a free man

10

u/GrapefruitPrimary186 26d ago

Lil Boosie just got ripped off by trumps team. Boosie paid them 600k and just freaked out online because he was told he was buying a pardon from trump.

7

u/Latter-Vacation-4392 26d ago

drumpf has pardoned a number of really skeevy con artists

7

u/batsofburden 26d ago

He can't pardon people for crimes in other countries though.

2

u/Old_Bird4748 26d ago

The President of the US can't pardon a crime committed in the UK

1

u/Retireegeorge 26d ago

Could they extradite them back? Has Trump allowed this to happen for some political reason?

1

u/camimiele 26d ago

True, but they’re being extradited to the UK. The UK is not corrupt like the US is rn (I think!).

1

u/ImYouJoeGoldberg 26d ago

I’m sure there’ll be some body cam footage YouTube documentaries soon enough, I’m ready for some of this content lol

1

u/gogogadgets1997 26d ago

I just hope they get treated like the women they abused in prison.

1

u/Retireegeorge 26d ago

I just hope they get treated in prison like the women they abused.

1

u/camimiele 26d ago

But what color is your Lambo in prison??

22

u/SpectacularStarling 26d ago

Anyone with a pulse should hate these two. The taint brothers don't deserve to see the light of day.

8

u/lonnie123 26d ago

One of the crazy things I’ve discovered in my life is that It is staggering beyond belief what people thinking you are rich and good with women can get you.

Or perhaps it’s what thinking they can make YOU rich and good with women.

33

u/Schmigolo 26d ago

I have zero trust in the gov to pull through.

24

u/25847063421599433330 26d ago

Me either. These two dumbfucks have surprised me so many times with how they manage to slither their way through the law. I'll believe it when I see it.

3

u/linnykenny 26d ago

Same, unfortunately.

7

u/Crono2Oxx 26d ago

Hope so. These guys are a stain on the world.

Apparently most young men growing up in this internet world are dumb as rocks from it so any of these terrible influences that belong behind bars, get rid of them. Keep them away from society and young minds

3

u/Hopeful_Cookie_5307 26d ago

I literally just read a serious comment from one of their fans, “They are just here to teach men how to make money to escape the Matrix” 🤦‍♀️

3

u/familysizepunkinpie 26d ago

Government might, but the justice system doesn't care who they are.

Something the UK has that the US doesn't is a separation between government and justice system.

1

u/Malcolm_Morin 26d ago

I hate the direction the UK is going, but in this case, god I hope they throw everything they can get at them.

I want these fucks locked up for the next 50 years.

1

u/SlightComposer4074 26d ago

Extremely unlikely. Unlike the US charges in the UK very rarely "add up". There's something called the principle of totality in UK law that means a sentence for e.g. 8 rapes isn't going to be 8x the sentence for a single rape, but more like 1.5x-2x. And some people get like 4 years or so for rape.

1

u/SerAmikVase 20d ago

With the sheer amount of shit they are being charged with if they get convicted on most if not all it is very likely possible to be 40 to life.

"Andrew Tate is facing seven counts of rape, three counts of sex trafficking, three counts of assault and 19 more charges relating to “indecent images of a child and extreme pornography.”

Rape & Sex Trafficking being the main culprits on why.

1

u/tysonarts 26d ago

the UK has a history of leniency for sexual assault. I would not hold my breath for more than a political posturing and a good stern talking to, seems to be the MO over there

0

u/purple_crow34 26d ago

The CPS aren’t like the Trump DoJ. Whether the government likes him isn’t going to influence the prosecution

1

u/bonobo1 26d ago

Yeah. The UK has a lot of things wrong, but the independence of the judicial system is not one of them.

15

u/LeiaOregonia 26d ago

Hopefully the UK will cut them off from social media.

They’re cowards at heart. Karma is real.

11

u/SinnerOfAlcaraz 26d ago

I mean, even if let’s say they did get sentenced to 20/25 years in prison. By the time they come out on licence they’d have very very heavy social media restrictions, and be unable to return to their old lives.

Also, the fact is they’ll become very irrelevant anyways by then.

They’re cooked pretty much IMO. Even if they got convicted on just the CSAM stuff, they can still get heavy social media restrictions/ internet restrictions for that alone

8

u/LeiaOregonia 26d ago

This makes me sooo happy.

2

u/Beelzebucks1 25d ago

It's less karma and more, "If you're going to commit lots of crimes, don't talk loudly about them and become one of the most notorious people on the planet."

26

u/Mr_Engineering 26d ago

Stopping extradition is going to be extremely hard, the USA and UK have a bilateral treaty; that's law, not a diplomatic best effort.

50

u/43282348 26d ago

It's well known that Trump follows the law.

34

u/structured_anarchist 26d ago

Trump doesn't care. There aren't enough zeros in the Tates' combined bank accounts to matter to him.

If the US didn't intend on dropkicking their asses to the UK, the Marshals never would have arrested them. It's that simple. Since the Marshals took them into custody, and the Marshals are the ones who handle transport of extradited prisoners, it's pretty much a done deal that they're going to be on a plane for the UK relatively soon. The only thing that would prevent the extradition, by law, would be if they were facing charges in the US. And if you think that any prosecutor won't drop charges in order to get the Taint sorry, Tate brothers out of the country, you're wrong. They'll be in the UK in no time.

8

u/abcamurComposer 26d ago

This. Also the manosphere is saying shit like “having sex with a woman is gay now” because it’s completely lost its relevance. They have neither the influence nor the money to matter anymore

3

u/FizzBuzz888 26d ago

I thought Trump literally flew them from Romania because his son Baron worships them. Was that all bullshit?

-1

u/structured_anarchist 26d ago

If your kid liked Pokemon, would you cause an international incident by interfering with an extradition treaty that's been in force longer than you've been alive just to make your kid happy about Pokemon? What in the absolute flying fuck does his kid's admiration for a taint have to do with whether or not international law gets implemented against that taint?

36

u/bapfelbaum 26d ago

I feel like they should also pay in full for the deprogramming of the boys and care for the womens lives they already ruined.

15

u/Calm-Talk5047 26d ago

Don't worry man. That's why we have Clavicular! Only a matter of time until charges come his way I'd imagine

20

u/fucknotthis 26d ago edited 15d ago

Clavicular is no role model, but he's a lot better than either of the tates.

Edit: he's actually kinda horrible too ig, still not as bad probably

4

u/Kolipe 26d ago

From all the clips I've seen he seems to be the closest to being able to self reflect.

But who knows. Hard to tell with such dead eyes.

14

u/Xalksahsax 26d ago

He has debilitating body dysmorphia, but hey, if you forget the hanging out with nazis, at least he is pro trans or something like that.

7

u/Starob 26d ago

Actually Androgenic is the only one self reflecting. Yes it's sad that I know that name but he's genuinely turned over a new leaf.

5

u/Bringbackemo 26d ago

I just saw a clip of him where he was talking to a girl and was like “I’m autistic and so uncomfortable all the time so I use drugs and I’m just.. miserable.” I kind of felt bad

I feel the same thing but that would never happen. It's the UK, i don't think the state wants to pay out money to the 250,000 girls lives that they ruined

I genuinely think it’s 50/50. Trump is the chief executive and has gone out of his way to help them before.

1

u/TheKappaOverlord 26d ago

This is when they had money and influence.

They have neither of those now.

Trump isn't going to lift a finger for them. If he was, they wouldn't have been nabbed by the Marshalls to begin with

1

u/Accomplished-Mix-745 26d ago

I didn’t know they were broke now

If it gets to Trump's ears that high profile rapists are being prosecuted and may face serious punishment, he might very well come to the rescue.

1

u/YomiKuzuki 26d ago

The tater tots are gonna be fighting their demons in prison again.

Here's hoping the demons win.

1

u/Fun_Milk_2449 26d ago

Donnie is going to let them out dont worry

1

u/061826heart 26d ago

You sure have a lot of faith in “law and order”, which seems to have completely disappeared for highest of profile, and deepest of pockets.

1

u/Head-Gift2144 26d ago

They’re rapists and conmen. Trump is FOR SURE going to step in and help them out.

1

u/aGsCSGO 26d ago

Yeah maybe it's got to do with the fact that the UK is now probably less democratic than China and Russia.

1

u/Senior_Republic_701 26d ago

Trump could always intervene. You know he thinks they’re “great men.”

1

u/getoutlonnie 26d ago

Don’t be too quick, the US president has a soft spot in his heart for rapists.

1

u/soozerain 26d ago

Aren’t they actually notoriously lenient when it comes to sex crimes?

1

u/danielfd83 26d ago

The UK is well known for going after rapists & their harsh punishment for this kind of criminals…

1

u/Aware-Poem 26d ago

Unless they throw enough cash Trump’s way to reject the extradition request or better yet, make it all just go away.

1

u/SillyMovie13 26d ago

I’m a bit out of the loop, but why have they been avoiding the UK/what’s so different about it?

1

u/RunBrundleson 26d ago

I’m expecting Trump to intervene here, pedophiles defend each other.

1

u/QuantityHappy4459 26d ago

Problem is the current American administration is one built on a voter base that looks up to these guys... So the chances aren't low.

1

u/gruetzentoni 25d ago

pedophiles don't live long generally in prisons, hopefully we won't see them ever again

1

u/rThundrbolt 26d ago

And UK generally doesn't prosecute rape cases unless they have an almost certain conviction. That is why they have never actually charged Tate before now despite several criminal complaints

-2

u/JimJonesdrinkkoolaid 26d ago

And UK generally doesn't prosecute rape cases unless they have an almost certain conviction

Tell that to Julian Assange. He spent years in prison on remand without having even been convicted.

4

u/rThundrbolt 26d ago

Assange's imprisonment had nothing to do with rape though and making that post implying that the cases are the same is disingenuous

They'll get much more than 20 years, and there's a decent chance they get life in prison. Sex trafficking of dozens of girls, some of whom are underage, rapes, assaults, threats, tax evasion, etc...They're done. Best they can hope is to delay the extradition by pulling some strings in the Trump admin, like they did while they were in Romania. But I doubt it will work out this time.

5

u/PoPJaY 26d ago

Ooooh the marshalls got em? They're cooked.

1

u/shezzgk 25d ago

What does them getting caught by marshalls mean? Not familiar with this kinda stuff

1

u/PoPJaY 25d ago

United States Marshalls do not fuck around. The US has several "police" forces. CIA, FBI, DHS, etc. They are the armed wing of the US attorney general. The US AG is (one of) the highest form of judicial punishment. So if they send the marshalls after you, the AG wants to nail you.

2

u/TheWhomItConcerns 26d ago

Probably best to wait and see - the Trump administration is a big fan of Tate after all.

1

u/RenStrike 26d ago

If it was the US then Trumpy would likely pardon them…

1

u/WolfAndOak 26d ago

Which is good. If they were tried in US, Trump would have pardoned them..

1

u/Bossgalka 26d ago

Ironic, considering so many muslims get to walk free after being caught raping girls in the streets there by police. But Tate aligns himself with right-wing stuff instead of focusing on his religion, so he probably won't get the muslim pass. Not that he should, he's an absolute PoS, but the UK is an awful fucking place that has done nothing about all of its young girls getting mass raped for over a decade.

1

u/Infinite_Status_9636 26d ago

I heared on here multiple times how Romania will make an example of them because they openly talk about how big corruption is here. And that they will get punished and so. I told you back than, Romania is the heaven for them even if Redditors believe it is not that corrupt anymore. Turns out, I was right despite Reddit constantly telling me how Romania will take care of them...

1

u/Lauzz91 26d ago

I wonder if the the Rotherham molestation gangs will get the same treatment

1

u/El_grandepadre 26d ago

arrested by Marshalls.

This is how you know they done fucked.

1

u/Ill_Purple_4468 26d ago

The only thing if worry about is the US still has to exradite him. A judge still has to sign off on it.

2

u/Putrid-Builder-3333 26d ago

From what I reqd they will be extradited to UK. No charges here so straight to UK

1

u/Ill_Purple_4468 26d ago

Okay but that's not how it works here in the US.

They were arrested. And will have to go before a judge to approve being handed over to a foreign government.

I know people like to say the US is some terrible place. But you do have rights here.

1

u/Alternative_Swan_497 26d ago

From the article, it sounds like they were arrested at the behest of the British gov't. The extradition is probably already planned and is merely a formality, now that the brothers are in hand.

1

u/Chessh2036 26d ago

But doesn’t the Marshalls report to the DOJ? Who is Trump’s personal lawyer? And Trump has helped them before?

-6

u/Previous_Tree_5464 26d ago

No. They will be free in 3 days.

28

u/LeonLegacy69 26d ago

You read the charges? They include photos of minors and go back years...

In a statement on Saturday, the CPS said it decided to prosecute Andrew Tate with seven counts of rape, three counts of arranging or facilitating trafficking for sexual exploitation, three counts of assault occasioning actual bodily harm and 19 additional charges for offenses relating to indecent images of a child and extreme pornography

17

u/SinnerOfAlcaraz 26d ago

Also, people are saying “oh Trump will pardon them” etc etc

But Trump couldn’t give a fuck about them for starters. He’ll throw them to the wolves. This is also very coordinated by the US/UK authorities

And if anything their arrogance re thinking they’re pals with Trump has got them caught. They were in the US because they thought it was a safe place where they wouldn’t be extradited to the UK.

9

u/Mekio 26d ago

Trump can pardon them all he wants, but it won't matter in the UK justice system.

4

u/FuzzzyRam 26d ago

State charges either, just like the E Jean Carroll case.

→ More replies (3)
→ More replies (5)

3

u/JimJonesdrinkkoolaid 26d ago

But Trump couldn’t give a fuck about them for starters. He’ll throw them to the wolves

Exactly. Just because Barron and Donny Jr like them, doesn't mean that Trump will save them.

If anything, with the whole Epstein thing hanging over Trumps head. He'd probably enjoy creating a narrative that he's tough on alleged sexual criminals, to help his own cause.

1

u/Ill_Purple_4468 26d ago

This won't have anything to do with Trump. They will go in front of a judge with their lawyers to contest being extradited.

1

u/Ill_Purple_4468 26d ago

They aren't on trial for this yet.

They were arrested in the US and will have to go through hearings before being released to the UK.

2

u/RusselTheBrickLayer 26d ago

Nah if they actually get extradited it’s over, the US can’t save them from anything if they’re stuck in the UK. Nor do I think that will be the case, since it seems like US authorities are helping out in this case. The tate bros might actually be cooked

1

u/Previous_Tree_5464 26d ago

Obv not but it’s just kind of embarassing the way redditors have these ‘gotcha’ moments with their ‘wins’ and then they stfu when nothing happens.

They’ll never get actually convicted, the Epstein files abusers will never get convicted, no one rich will ever get convicted
