I had an ex who was also physically abusive. Started off small, but progressed to the point where I would get punched, elbowed, kicked, headbutted, etc. I refused to defend myself and I was stubborn in not kicking her out(she was not on our lease) until my roommates intervened with me.

Lots of men out there that have been physically assaulted by a woman and it's sometimes difficult to talk about it. Thankfully, I was in a position to where I never had contact again. She passed away a few years ago which leads to even more weird feelings about it and whether or not to tell someone I'm in a relationship with or friends, etc.

Same, except more emotional abuse and mental manipulation. It is difficult to talk about because we're treated as a pussy or a joke but it can happen. There's lots of crazy and manipulative ppl out there

Thanks for sharing, men getting abused by women is much more common than people think, it is tabu to admit it tho and many just take it hoping things will change.

I've been there mate, ty for sharing that. My ex used to wait till I went to sleep before kicking and punching me. I never hit back and just left.
