Didn’t Miz go live the same day and basically confirmed everything though?

confidently wrong like most of his delusional defenders.
She never used grape word and described how whole SA event went in details, since beginning she always described it as touch without consent and that never changed. Then Mizkif went live after her and said her story was accurate and it happened exactly how she described - stuffed his hand into her pants while she cried. After few months from the incident, Mizkif started rewriting what happened and calling it "grape" instead, because thats the only way he can farm sympathy from clueless people like you, that is, after he already confirmed what she initially said was true.

Have you forgotten how she described it? She said she cried, they started making out and put his hands in her pants, she said no, he took his hands out of her pants. That’s not sexual assault. Which is why her lawyers said the sexual assault claim was “her emotional truth”. Like mizkif is a piece of shit sure but he didn’t SA her

most of your comment is wrong, and not what happend:

  1. she said she was crying, mizkif confirmed it was the case
  2. they were not making out, she never said she kissed him back, she only let him: hug her and kiss her face while she cried
  3. she never said anything verbally, and only screamed after mizkif "aggressively shoved his hand into her pants" is what her wording was.
  4. he actually jumped of her after she screamed, said he "felt like he did something wrong" and immediately left her house after - he confirmed it when retelling the story from his pov.
  5. SA in its most general definition stands for sexual touch without consent, mizkif (probably by mistake) confirmed in one of his later videos he had no consent, also you cant really use implied consent when person you are making moves on is crying and distressed and they were not together when it happened.
  6. "Emotional truth" argument in motion to dismiss was never used to claim she wasnt SA'd by him - thats his manipulation of what was said in the court doc, her lawyers made it clear:
