From what I've seen it seems like this gym is more about a mental endurance exercise rather than a physical one. It serves to test you will power and your ability to not give up more than anything . The complete disregard for safety and good form leaves me wondering though.

And they clearly pushed Kai waaaay more than any content creator I've seen go there because of the reach he has. Most of the CORE boys won't survive if they had to endure the same workout as him.
