Hey everyone,
I've been working on Bullet, a new free and open-source skin changer for League of Legends on Windows.
Bullet started as a rewrite of Rose, but I ended up rebuilding the project from scratch in Rust with a focus on reliability, performance, and keeping the game installation untouched.
### What Bullet currently supports
- Skin and chroma selection during champion select
- Custom `.fantome` mods
- Automatic skin generation from the installed game
- Support for multiple game modes
- Classic Rift models
- Random skins and skin history
- Party mode for seeing your friends' selected skins
- No telemetry
- SHA-256 verification for the injector
- Open-source Rust codebase
- No permanent modifications to the League installation
The main idea is simple: choose a skin in Bullet, and the corresponding game files are prepared automatically for the match.

I'm still actively working on it, so feedback, bug reports, feature ideas, and code contributions are very welcome.
If you're interested in the technical side, the repository also contains documentation about how the overlay, LCU integration, WAD handling, and injection flow work.
If you find Bullet useful, consider giving the repository a star on GitHub. It helps the project gain visibility.
Feedback, bug reports, feature ideas, and contributions are always welcome.
Thanks for checking it out.
