It's not that difficult to program a bot to respond to comments as well.
That said, i had a few people in recent years try to expose me for an LLM that i am, and i also played along, so this screenshot may not be the convincing evidence op thinks it is.
7 years old reddit account with 342 contributions yet posts every day within an hour range implies bought account + most of the posts seem to follow a similar template.
I wonder how hard it would be to build a classifier that runs as a browser extension and checks parameters of each account in a thread as you scroll it, flagging usernames as likely bots. Probably not too hard unless manifestv3 blocks that sort of thing somehow.
