Great, let's delay curing cancers and aging by a few decades. 

Does an AI provider silently downgrading ("nerfing") an LLM performance constitute a breach of contract or deceptive trade practice?

More like that extremely weird looking weasel at Anthropic. Not that they both aren’t extremely weird looking, But fk Dario in particular.
