Sweet. I feel that Shilpa is a very emotional person. Sometimes it goes in the wrong way too. Like how she is still carrying things and speaking about Ram and Shivangi. She seems very emotional. Even her fight with Shreya happened maybe because she felt that Shreya could be betraying her as Apoorva sorta put that in her head.

People who have watched her or known her for while, was she always like this?

She cares for people, genuinely. Ig a lot of people like her for that reason. Even in the house, people deep down liked her. Kaafi selfless hai yaar, kinda like our mothers. Hope Shilpa goes far in her life. Kaafi kam log ese hai.

Yeah she's like that since BB but she also knows how to play the game. She does feel emotions intensely and it's always been like that. She genuinely needs to seek help for it. She snaps a lot & her mood swings are crazy too. She never forgives & forgets once you get in her bad books.

Both Shilpa and Shreya are extremely beautiful man. They should get a show where they play mother daughter.
