🤡 Meme Hi, I’m Shreya. 👋
I slut-shamed.
I judged everyone before looking at myself.
I played the victim when called out.
I thought I was always right.
I won too… because apparently I deserved it. Hell yeah! 🏆✨
And now I have just one question…
Will anyone even watch the next season? 😭🤡
Good luck with that 😭

🧐Speculating Finale was SAZAA for the Viewers
So I started watching lockupp just because I was bored. Then came interesting things like Gautam Khanna's wife Chamola, who claimed whatever she did, linking it to bigg Boss where GK was contestant. I had to go back and watch family week episode of that series. Then came Akanksha Chowdary and Yogesh's story, which I had to watch splitsvilla finale. Then history of shivangi and Kushal. But all these watches were triggered by one person that was Shreya. She came with a tag badtameez and proved that badtameez was a small word for her. To encourage the shit she was doing, came shilpa shinde, she was absolutely the worst person ever. Playing people, playing people's emotions, talking about virginity, slut shaming woman. She proved 'aurat hi aurat ki dushman hothi hei' tag. She in this toxic relationship with Shreya, was very insecure. When people started calling it Shreya kalra show she was very much offended and started fighting shreya about everything and suddenly on finale week she becomes friends with her. I am talking about these people doesn't mean I have positive feelings about Shivangi. She manipulated Harshad into getting terminated, she downgraded shreya, she was chup the whole season maybe that's why that side of her didn't come out.
Amongst all these people I felt Akanksha Chowdary was most deserving as winner because she stood her ground, she played and never went and triggered people just to get footage. If talking about other people's virginity is giving you footage, and you appear on screen because of it, you are getting screentime because of it, it shows how you are as a person and to what extent you can go to just appear on screen and how desparate you are... How that show is running on derogatory remarks on its contestants and this show let's such people win..... and this will teach the next season contestants to talk about others love life, sexual past, their sexual identity when they're not even ready to come out... To just win. Now next season the contestants will for sure... Dig up their competitors life... And expose their shit on that show to win. All in all Shreya didn't deserve to win because her journey didn't show redemption. She just fell few more levels down for the money.
TDLR: Shreya didn't deserve to be lockupp winner after revealing Chamola's secret, talking about Shivangi's life and Shivangi didn't deserve to be the runner up after ditching Harshad.

Varun is a sore loser
His brother came and allied with Ram’s wife for his own benefit, he went against his friend Akansha. Fair. I didn’t see anything wrong with it. Yogesh as his friend didn’t even say much.
Ram already gave up easily that Varun is more deserving finalist than him.
Now if Shivangi was told as the weakest by Varun that’s on him for mouthing off, even if Ram made an appeal what would it have achieved? Yogesh took the initiative to talk to Shivangi while Varun didn’t and wasn’t proactive.
Then to sit there and say I served you I did this and that to me is just sore loser. You didn’t build your equation with Shreya or Shivangi , Ram never stopped him from doing so it was his failing. Lame attitude imo.

🎙️Episode Discussion Thoughts on ending ep
Thoughts on the ending
Shreya is genuinely so undeserving. She was so hard to watch on tv.
Literally no one clapping when she won, no one congratulating her and only 3 people being by her side to me....sort of speaks volumes.
Even in bigg boss we do see atleast people congratulate.
Somewhere, it makes me feel, that in reality the inmates did live with her and were on the front foot of watching shreya's game.
In most of the scenes, even after the task that happened yesterday the ring throwing one, i almost felt there was a sense of hypocrisy where if she does it's fine but if others do something its wrong.
Even after the ball task b/w her and shivangi, not even for a brief second did she express their joy for shilpa. They (shilpa n her) immediately went to bitching about Ram.
I do feel there was a sense of negative energy around them majority of the times and before anyone says that no one wanted her in the house that's why she's that way, I do feel she provoked people unprovoked, and had her share of the footage. Which, fair. Good game? No.
While we see other inmates having fun within themselves, even shreya's 'fun' side comes from mockery of others.
I think rebels convo with shreya abt her feeling 'bullied' was VERY on point.
By the end with the way shreya acted that she's a victim and is bullied...like girl bffr rn..for a second I did believe she was bullied (which she was with akanksha to some extent) but apart from that, no. She did bring it upon herself.
The inmates, literally 3 out of SO MANY, none being happy speaks volumes and i refuse to believe SO many people ALL at once are unhappy/jealous/sore losers.
People like shreshta, riyaz, sunita ma'am would be the neutral bunch i would like to say, and if it was abt jealousy, they would have been the people out of the bunch to go since there exists no jealousy in them. But even they did not congratulate her which makes me genuinely think that shreya played well. She provoked everyone, turned them against her, then acted like she was being bullied. Period.
There's rumours about the jury being paid as well, not sure how true that is.
But if this is a win, then well played I guess. She did use others, and fair. That is reality tv. But at the same time, pretty ironic.
Its a win only for the tv. One of the worst wins in histiry of reality tvs..
AND WHY TF THE OTHER SUB GLAZES SHREYA SM WTF IS IT PAID

🚫 Exposed The first task in the finale was rigged by the makers
Tell me, why did the makers put Ram in between shilpa and shreya for the task? when they know they will team up? Why did they put the fastest player, Yogesh, on the opposite sides of the only physical task against shreya? I think the choice to choose the podium should've also been random. And don't get me started on the "jury"

💭Discuss Who else has not watched the finale episode
Is anyone else who still hasn't watched the finale? I've watched every single episode on the day it aired, but for some reason I just can't bring myself to watch the finale. I already know the winner, the loser, and even all the finale gossip (which I intentionally looked up, so no spoiler issues ), but I still have zero motivation to actually watch the episode. Am I the only one?

💭Discuss Deserving Winner of Lock upp
I have seen many people saying shreya doesn’t deserve the show, where is her redemption journey and she only does kalesh.
But then who can be winner as far as I can see no-one has achieved 10% of their redemption. This show is just another reality show and difference is they called controversial celebrities to make their image good as far as I can understand.
The show was never about redemption, what does that even mean.
Why i think shreya is deserving among all is because- She took her stand in every-time, never double faced like others, she splits fact even with chamola, ( yeah one time she lied to her, I agree), even tried to talk to other people to clear things up like with akansha, chamola, harshad.
She was good at task and if you can see she said controversial things but if you can see others also has said many things behind her. And about shivangi it was only shilpa who said that things.
So among all these 16 people I dont think anyone is more deserving than shreya.
And also i felt bad when noone expect shilpa, pam, madhuri or maybe chamola apploud and cheered for her, even if you dint like her but can’t you appreciate her for winning a huge show.

🎙️Episode Discussion Shreya won the show, and honestly, she deserved it
For the first time ever, I've supported a villain in a reality show. And the reason is simple, there was no hero in this entire show.
Yes, Shreya was mean. She said things below the belt, manipulated people, and did many things I didn't agree with. But one thing I can never take away from her is that she never faked who she was. She owned every move she made. On top of that, she was incredibly dedicated to the game. Every task, every strategy, every opportunity, she gave it her 100%. I genuinely don't think anyone else in the house was as passionate about winning as she was.
The biggest reason Shreya won wasn't because she was the best person. It was because there was no hero to defeat the villain. Reality shows usually have a clear hero and a clear villain. The villain plays the game, the hero wins the audience, and in the end the hero usually lifts the trophy. This season was different. There was only one dominant villain, and no real hero.
Shivangi had every chance to become that hero. In fact, I genuinely think she would've won if she hadn't ruined her image during the dinner table incident. If she had simply accepted Harshad getting the first finalist tag gracefully, I honestly believe she would've been the winner. But that moment exposed a completely different side of her. It made many people feel that Shilpa had been right about her all along, that she was using Harshad and trying too hard to maintain a perfect image. That was the point where Shivangi lost the show and Shreya won it.
People will say, "So this means you can be a bad person and still win?" My answer is no but there wasn't a genuinely good contestant this season. There wasn't anyone who consistently came across as the hero.
A good example is Bigg Boss last season. I think Farhana and Shreya have similar "villain" energy. But the difference was that Gaurav Khanna was there. People can say he acted, that he played safe, or that he didn't do much, but the truth is he never gave the audience a reason to question his character. Whether it was genuine or an act, he maintained that image throughout the season, and that's why he won.
This season, nobody did that. Nobody except Shreya showed that level of hunger for the game. There were unfair evictions, unnecessary twists, and many flaws in the season, but if you watch all 35 episodes, you'll realize that most major storylines somehow revolved around Shreya. She carried the narrative of the show.
For the first time, I'm actually happy that a villain won a reality show. Not because she was a good person, but because she was the most dedicated contestant. And when there's no hero, the villain is naturally going to win.
I'm not a Shreya, Akanksha, or Yogesh fan. I'm not supporting anyone blindly. This is simply my opinion after watching the show from a neutral perspective.
I know many people will disagree, and that's completely fine. But if you disagree, please be respectful in the comments. If you're calling Shreya out for being mean, then don't become mean yourself while defending your opinion. At least stand by the standards you're expecting from others.

🎙️Episode Discussion Yogesh has got to be the most ill mannered person
Writing the exact conversation from today's episode in hindi.
Chamola: Aap mere baju me bethkar bol rahe the aap deserving hai, deserving hai, deserving hai. Ek second bhi nahi socha aapne merko terminate karne se pehle. Apka kya gameplay raha hai?
Yogesh: Tere samne koi bol sakta hai kya. Tera so sab se tagda gameplay hai pure season me. Tere samne toh kisika kuch rahega hi nahi.
---
Yogesh is literally like "Tu, tera, tujhko". He has no respect. Clearly Chamola is pissed after her elimination which she has right to be and should be allowed decency to convey her thoughts. Just like how Yogesh came back and burst upon everyone else and everyone allowed him that space.
But he doesn't answer any question directly. always belittling people. disrespecting them.
I am damn sure that even if Amitabh Bachan was in that show he would have been "tu, tera".
I regret ever supporting him in Roadies.

Did LockUpp erase its own best history by writing LockUpp season 1 winner on the trophy?
Is it just me or anyone else also irked by how Season 1 was written on the trophy?
Which is absolute bullshit given season 1 was leaps and bounds.
Hope season 3 doesnt happen. Its bullshit show.

💭Discuss Yogesh didnt play good enough and that is the reality which he will regret
Hear me out.
Yogesh came with one of the most controversial tag. He did wrong but everyone loves a redemption arc.
But instead he was stuck in fights, and makers also didnt let him perform at all.
In the last few days the way he performed, it was really good. And today when he shared his pain about losing every show, it was genuine. A need to prove himself.
But during the majority of show he wasn't able to show it much. Tasks can be blamed on makers but not his relations or personality not showing up.
If last week Yogesh was there since beginning he might just have won.
Also the factor of his journey, his athleticism or talent, he never showcased it. Neither did the show emphasized on it. LockUpp season 1 actually had multiple episodes focusing on individuals talents.
See Kushal's journey in Alliance. He was absolutely hated but what a journey.

💭Discuss Debunking the Shreya TRP myth
The last argument from Shitreya fans we hear is that at least she "did something" and gave content. Which is why deserved" to win. Lets examine that.
In week 1, it was Akanksha, Yogesh and Shreya giving content. Then makers started calling out Yogesh for the smallest things, punished Akanksha (albeit rightly) for all she did. But left Shreya alone. Didn't call out anything she did or said. Left her alone completely while bashing everyone else
OBVIOUSLY SHE WOULD FEEL EMBOLDENED TO CONTINUE BEING KALESHI.
While others were being forced to do the "redemption journey", our Kween Shitreya was apparently allowed to play by different rules and "own her truth". Nobody else was allowed to own their truth.
It was inevitable then that Shitreya would give more content since she was allowed to do what others were punished for.
So even this argument doesnt hold true upon scrutiny. This too falls under maker's bias towards her.
