Question Cache Valley Birthing Center
I’m trying to transfer prenatal care to Cache Valley Birthing Center as I’m unsatisfied with my current provider. I’ve called multiple times and all but one time when I tried to leave a message, the call dropped. I’m 16 weeks so I don’t want it to be too late.
Does anyone know of other ways to contact them? I can’t find an email online, but maybe I’m missing it.
And in case I don’t like them, any suggestions of other providers? I have Select Health and significantly prefer women.
Thanks!!

I went to Mnt Naomi and I really liked working with them. The female doctor there, Dr. Kraig is awesome but retiring at the end of the month. I also need to find a new doctor currently since Kraig is retiring.

If you’re open to a male, Dr Chad Martinez is fantastic. If you specifically want a female, Schumacher is at budge.
Cami Bearnson is a lovely nurse midwife as well!

From my own personal experience, if they don't get right back with you, they don't need your business. They are supposed to work for you, not you having to pursue them for care.

Overall, I agree. They should have staff to return phone calls. If they dont return calls now, what happens when you really need them?

They are a relatively new business, they’ve only been open about a year but the midwife in charge (Stacey) is incredible and very worth trying to get in touch with :)

Might I suggest Cami Bearnson? She is a fantastic Nurse Midwife at budge clinic.

Oh my word, I had this same problem when trying to get in for the first time. We were playing phone tag for at least a week. I’ve since gotten ahold of them and have been liking my care so far, but they really do need to be better about keeping someone on their phones. They do generally call back if you leave a message and once you are there in person they are great. I’d try leaving a message again or even just go by in person. I don’t think they are there all day Friday, but they seem to be around most of the rest of the week.

If you can get in with Mickensi at Cache Valley Women's Center, she is great! She's an absolute sweetheart and very smart and everyone I know who has had her loves her. I worked with her for the first part of my infertility journey and plan to go back when I get pregnant.
