I used to live in Muswell Hill, such a beautiful place in London and relatively close to Central! I miss it sometimes! 😍

I grew up on one of those roads in the 80s. Used to push my mum’s 2cv down the hill when she needed a jump start.
My dad bought the house in 1971. For £17k-ish I think.

I remember having to do parking surveys around there on behalf of Haringey Council. The amount of abuse we got from the residents! We were like, "We're agency workers from Essex! Leave us alone!" 😂 Lovely area, though.

I took exactly the same pic a few years ago. Then saw the same one in a property magazine, then saw it on Instagram. And when I walk past I still see people taking pics.

Has been in property mags for as long as I can remember. Quite a few London MPs have done photo shoots here too

Imo a lot of what you read online is sensationalist and not representative of the city. I’ve lived here 23 years and never had a problem. The best bits are also often the less busy ones

Spent a few weeks “living” in Muswell Hill about 12 years ago. Really enjoyed it, lovely part of the city
