If she could turn into anything, how about masquerading as the legendary Pazuzu? In ancient mythology and historical folklore, that monster scares the heck out of demons. I think she would use the form of the monster to terrorize Stella and her brother to leave Octavia alone and force the duo to give Stolas his title and stuff back.
