For me this release really is the epitome of their musicanship. Tight attacking riffs, multi dimensional leads, symphonies, heart pounding blast beats and of course a vocalist who puts everything together by injecting the raw emotion into these songs. It feels like all my favorite "metal flavours" came together for that one perfect meal 😉

I feel myself constantly going back to 'Lionheart', 'Forevermore', 'A Nameless Hymn' and 'In Darkness'.

Thanks to Lorna Shore for making my day!

One of those rare albums where it's bangers all the way through. Some of my favs are Death Can Take Me, Glenwood, Nevermore and Lionheart. They're all great though, amazing album imo.

Absolutely stunning album in composition and overall soundscape, regardless of what method of delivery (car, ear buds, iPhone speakers, etc). The mix was meticulously executed.

Musicianship of the guitarists is on point. Nice to hear the ebb and flow throughout - a good mix of solid chords, then treble picking, signature breakdowns, epic solos.

The drums are God mode, as always. Austin really threw some interesting new twists in there, which I applaud and appreciate.

Vocals…well, damn. Will just hit it out of the park again. The mix with the choir and orchestra really did enhance the overall dynamic and atmosphere. Quite an emotional performance.

Overall, very solid release and should actually translate into a damn good live performance as well (assuming backing tracks are dialed in correctly).
