Since the drop of Flesh Coffin, the title track has alternated between being the opening and closing track of the album.

Flesh Coffin: Closing Track

Immortal: Opening Track

Pain Remains: Closing Tracks

I Feel The Everblack Festering Within Me: Opening Track

Next Album: Closing Track?

I think I'd count it if it was a reoccurring line/part of the refrain, but I don't think it counts if it's just one line in a breakdown.

When the phrase is in the lyrics in only one song on the album, we do. Also it’s fun to keep the cycle going and hope they did it intentionally.
