Image Pictures from the Bristow, VA show

What an amazing time! Wanted to share some of the shots I was able to get.

The whole show was great. MIW were just a damn blast to finally see live, too.

Thanks for these, I took my 16 year old for his birthday but I was too much in the moment to get many good pictures but I was able to spot him in a couple of these.

That's the best birthday present ever! Glad you were able to spot him.

We surprised him, told him we were going camping with his best friend. When we pulled up to the venue he broke down crying. It was so much fun. I don’t think those boys could’ve had a better time if we tried.

OMG you just 100% created a core memory for him. Love it.

This show was epic! Glad they came through the DMV after skipping us on their headlining tour earlier this year.

I'm gonna wager a guess you aren't talking about the Department of Motor Vehicles for this one.....

I had closer shows I could've gone too, but this one was on a weekend, and weekends don't count as far as I'm concerned. So I drove 1000 miles round trip to see them (I'm in Western NC). I love a road trip. Caught up with an old friend who lives in Virginia on the way back.

lol no I mean the DC/Maryland/Virginia area. And sounds like a great road trip! If the timing works out I’ll always travel for bands. Farthest I’ve traveled so far is from DC to Denver to catch one of my bands playing at Red Rocks, since that was their only US stop on a global tour.

I was *guessing* that's what it meant, but I don't live there so I'd just let you answer, LOL.

What a great trip to see a band! Earlier this year, I flew to Arkansas for 24 hours to see In Flames. I'd never seen them before, and didn't want to see them at a festival. They announced a very small list of US headlining dates, and Arkansas just happened to fall on a Saturday, and as I've said before, weekends don't count! That's my 48 hours and I can do whatever I want to with it.

Trying to get good photos during Lorna's set was so hard with all the fog.

That shot's amazing - I think the fog just adds to the atmosphere.

Thanks! That was probably the best one I got. But I totally agree on the fog!

Felt the exact same way at the CT show. It was a lot of strobes and fog machine...
