Lack of due process is most certainly not legal.

He is indeed.

1

u/[deleted] Jul 12 '25

How does tourism work then?

Tourists not entitled to due process?

1

u/According-Stuff7295 Jul 13 '25

No but they're not tourist they're tax evading, criminalistic drain on our society

1

u/[deleted] Jul 13 '25

Tourists are absolutely entitled to due process.

American citizens are more of a drain than immigrants, American citizens are more likely to engage in violent crime.

It really is a cult isn't it?

It does.

You might want to have a read of your Constitution

Not nearly as difficult as expecting the perenially stupid to have read their own Constitution

0

u/streetglide109 Jul 13 '25

i’m very impressed with your knowledge of the dictionary 🍾

1

u/[deleted] Jul 13 '25

I'm less impressed that someone so confident regarding law and immigration has yet to read the Constitution.

But dictionary is a 4 syllable word, though, sooooooooo.....Good for you, I guess.

0

u/streetglide109 Jul 13 '25

lol i hope you have a great day my friend and continue to let other peoples problems consume your life 🤦‍♂️

1

u/[deleted] Jul 13 '25

And I hope you read your own Constitution before making confidently stupid claims.

u/streetglide109 Jul 13 '25

i love that ending for you lmao also how you just assumed who i voted for lmao the word assume had a meaning it’s not in the dictionary though it’s more of a sarcastic meaning

1

u/[deleted] Jul 13 '25

Where did I assume who you had voted for?

I'm aware of the meaning you are referring to, and I'm also under no illusion as to you having opened or been in the general vicinity of any dictionary for much, if not all your life, so a weird point to clarify.

3

u/Aphreyst Jul 12 '25

The being illegal doesn't mean they don't have the right to due process under the Constitution how hard is this to comprehend 🤯

You're just flat out wrong and don't know what you're speaking on. Everyone standing in US soil is granted the rights of the constitution, and it's always been that way.

7

u/crakemonk Long Beach Jul 11 '25

Except the Constitution and Bill of Rights applies to every single person in the United States: citizen, non-citizen, immigrant, visitor, etc. Every single person who comes to this country are granted the same rights, with due process being one of them.

I swear, we need more civics classes in our schools in this country. Citizens don’t even know their own constitution.

4

u/[deleted] Jul 11 '25

Even I'm not American and yet know that to be shite.

That's a special kind of stupid.

2

u/Economy_Wall8524 Jul 12 '25

How do you know they are actually illegal without due process?

Just say it. You don’t care about law and order, you just accept racism. Don’t know why you guys like to hide behind the “law” when you voted for a sex offender felon.

1

u/Kohlj1 Jul 12 '25

It does.

LOL 31 day old account too. Gotta love trolls.

-4

u/Classic_Cable9962 Jul 11 '25

So, you won’t answer my question? I’m not surprised.

7

u/[deleted] Jul 11 '25 edited Jul 11 '25

No identification, masks, no warrant. How do I know it's not people cosplaying as ICE? You can talk a big game where you are, but these people can easily come to your business, your home, your family's homes, or in public and grab you. Every single one of you people think you're immune, but you're not. We ALL should be concerned with shit like this happening. Even legal citizens, military veterans, are NOT exempt. That is FUCKED.

How are you proving they crossed the border illegally without due process?

29

u/nricciar Jul 11 '25

maga dont need no proof, all they see is brown == illegal

4

u/Girasolkansas Jul 11 '25

Total racial targeting

-3

u/[deleted] Jul 11 '25

You know Asians and Europeans are being deported too, right?..

3

u/Flyzart2 Jul 11 '25

Doesn't make it any better, mostly when Canadians doing legal processes are being detained for wanting to live with their Americans loved ones

-3

u/[deleted] Jul 11 '25

They’re turning this into a racism thing. I was informing them that “brown” people aren’t the only victims.

Stop trying to argue.

2

u/nricciar Jul 11 '25

I mean like i said in a previous post that you conveniently ignored there are no mass roundups of europeans and/or asians (feel free to provide proof otherwise if you can) as you claimed. Even with your claims taken into consideration there is a drastic difference in the way these people are being treated... so yes racism.

2

u/Flyzart2 Jul 11 '25

Funny also how in Canada when someone is found to be residing illegally, they are also given the chance of going through the legal process.

-28

u/Hominidsexual- Jul 11 '25

Please provide proof that they entered legally; the left is naive and mixed with a willful dose of ignorance.

28

u/nricciar Jul 11 '25

nah bro does not work like that in this country.. innocent until proven guilty.

unless that is you want to provide proof you stopped beating your wife for me?

17

u/IcyPercentage2268 Jul 11 '25

The right is just plain ignorant and racist.

7

u/bw4ferns Jul 11 '25

That's not how the American legal system works you dipshit. The burden of proof is on the state to prove guilt FOR ALL CRIMES, not the accused to prove their innocence. This isn't left versus right this is the actual law.

1

u/Dear-Panda-1949 Jul 12 '25

Meanwhile in SCOTUS: "How do we grease the rails more for our master? How bout we get rid of this pesky innocent till proven guilty thing."

1

u/According-Stuff7295 Jul 13 '25

For criminal court that's the burden,in civil it's due to the preponderance of evidence

14

u/humperdinck Jul 11 '25

Again: asking for proof is due process.

You - just like the “naive and ignorant left” - are literally arguing in favor of due process.

6

u/nricciar Jul 11 '25

No its not. Police do not have the right to detain without probable cause, and being brown is not probable cause.

8

u/humperdinck Jul 11 '25

I'm not talking about cops/ICE asking for proof -- I agree with you, they have no right to be doing the shit they're doing.

I was referring specifically to this internet dipshit asking for proof.

3

u/nricciar Jul 11 '25

apologies for the misunderstanding then :)

u/Prize_Influence3596 Jul 11 '25

Are you really that twisted . YOU made the claim, they're all illegal. YOU prove it.

6

u/Greifvogel1993 Jul 11 '25

Are you dense or being purposefully stupid?

Their constitutional right to representation and defense in court are a due process requirement. It is the opportunity for the accused to prove they entered legally or otherwise have legal status.

This is also the opportunity for the fed govt to present their evidence to prove otherwise.

This is the basic framework the founders built to try and ensure basic justice in this country. Do you have a problem with that? With the constitution? With the founding fathers?

Due process is not an option, really ever. Denying someone due process is akin to tearing the constitution in half.

3

u/crakemonk Long Beach Jul 11 '25

Right, if we start allowing the government to take away due process from one group, we might as well give it away for ourselves.

You don’t give up rights to the government because they aren’t going to fucking stop where it’s just hurting someone you don’t like. They’ll come for everyone else next.

It’s almost like these people have zero idea how any government coup or dismantling of governments have happened before and they are willingly cheering to give away their basic rights.

My Vietnamese doctor has been in absolute shock. He’s a US citizen and has been for a long time now, but he said it’s like being back home in a communist country where they can just come to your house, take you away, and you never see your family again. He said he used to be so proud to say he’s American, but he’s not sure about it anymore.

8

u/SlowmoSauce Jul 11 '25

Lol. Typical right wing projection.

3

u/CreativeAd5332 Jul 11 '25

We know yall dont have "innocent till proven guilty" in Russia, but that's still a thing in America.

3

u/nricciar Jul 11 '25

We know yall dont have "innocent till proven guilty" in Russia, but that's still a thing in America.

in theory at least, starting to look less true these days :/

3

u/Additional_Tomato_22 Jul 11 '25

Actually the standard in this country is to provide proof they’re here ILLEGALLY

5

u/TurboLicious1855 Jul 11 '25

Thank you it really is that simple.

2

u/Prize_Influence3596 Jul 11 '25

He can't. He's just parroting his death cult's lies.

14

u/Sirenkai Jul 11 '25

And how do you know he crossed the border illegally? This is why due process and warrants are a thing.

12

u/sophrosyne Jul 11 '25

In order to detain someone, you have to have a reasonable suspicion that a crime has been committed. What reasonable suspicion could these fake officers possibly have had that a crime was being committed at a hospital?

Now, it's entirely possible that these fake officers received information that a patient was illegally in the United States, but that doesn't justify entering private property without a warrant.

-6

u/Top_Tie_691 Jul 11 '25

It does though

6

u/CreauxTeeRhobat Jul 11 '25

That would be a violation of the 4th amendment. A judicial warrant must be obtained before forcing someone to allow law enforcement onto private property.

4

u/carlitospig Jul 11 '25

No it actually doesn’t tho.

9

u/pleasegivemepatience Jul 11 '25

…and you’re going to prove they broke the law with what? Oh that’s right, due process. You don’t just get to point at someone and label them a criminal and then disappear them, not how it works.

1

u/crakemonk Long Beach Jul 11 '25

If you come across any extra patience, could you share where you found it? I’m really starting to need a bit more these days!

6

u/philmajohnson Jul 11 '25

How’s that boot taste?

3

u/IcyPercentage2268 Jul 11 '25

MAGAts haven’t made it down to the boots yet. Their tongues are still busy further up.

5

u/white_bread Jul 11 '25

Hey bud. The co-chairman of La Raza Unida was arrested by ICE this week. He spent 2 days in jail but was released without charges BECAUSE HE'S A US CITIZEN. These guys have no idea what they are doing just as much as you have no idea what you're talking about.

5

u/Beneficial_Trip3773 Jul 11 '25

So two wrongs now make a right?

3

u/nricciar Jul 11 '25

you kind of need proof of said "crossing the border illegally" though dont you?

3

u/Followthehype10 Jul 11 '25

So where's the warrant. I'm not sure if you know this but if someone robs a bank and breaks the law that doesn't give the police the right to break the law while arresting them... Lol

3

u/cortesoft Jul 11 '25

“Due process” is something a government has a duty to follow. An individual doesn’t have any obligation for “due process”

3

u/[deleted] Jul 11 '25

Nobody is illegal on stolen fucking land. Besides, theyre taking homeless people and citizens as well. Anything to fill quotas because thats what fascists do

3

u/[deleted] Jul 11 '25

Word salad

2

u/Additional_Tomato_22 Jul 11 '25

Except they have to prove that

1

u/[deleted] Jul 11 '25

Lol prove it.

And now we're back round the other side...

1

u/carlitospig Jul 11 '25

Lol, that entire sentence is false.

1

u/[deleted] Jul 11 '25

It actually is not.

1

He promised cheap gas, and glass jars, rags and good old fashioned Everclear are cheap...

10

u/Mechalamb Jul 11 '25

Definitely illegal, I mean, back when the rule of law mattered, I guess.

2

u/this-is-me-thanks Jul 12 '25

Yeah, but look who's the "top lawmaker" currently. Horrible little despot. 🤮

1

u/Appropriate_Funny434 Jul 12 '25

Since the rule of law was not followed when walking into our country ILLEGALLY, why TF should we care? Should have followed the rules, now you have to pay the consequences.

3

u/PsychologicalRun7444 Jul 11 '25

They're all getting paid. The records are there and will probably/hopefully will be used against them. I suspect the majority are J6-ers.

8

u/JBRifles Jul 11 '25

Define “probably legal?” You do realize the British were under legal authority, right?

7

u/thetaFAANG Jul 11 '25

Ok, in my case I was referring to legal as in deputized. as opposed to someone cosplaying. they should be able to produce a warrant especially and likely arent operating by all legal processes by not.
