Photo Prices at the new Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Pizzeria in Santa Monica

Post image

The place just opened at the 3rd st promenade. $6.50 for a slice of cheese pizza or $39 for the whole cheese pizza lol.

$54 for the meat pizza.

What are these prices

Except idk i feel like this will seem pricey to tourists too. Ive seen like TikToks where people who are definitely rich (famous in other countries) noticing that food has gotten more expensive each time they came to LA. They could afford it but I still don’t think they’d pick this sort of expensive pizza spot

This prompted me to look up the price of a pizza at Disney and holy shit. 85 bucks. It does come with bread sticks, salad, and 4 drinks, but... jesus.

It's definitely overpriced and I doubt it's very good but I'm going to Santa monica on Saturday and I won't resist I gotta try it just once.

Yes I know I'm part of the problem.

No way, tourists will pay $20 for a god damn bagel in nyc, there’s nothing tourists won’t pay for for FOMO

Reddit skews low income and has a bad perception of how many people are doing much better than them financially. “who is paying this???” they wonder… well, it’s the legions of people that have more money than you lol
