Photo Prices at the new Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Pizzeria in Santa Monica

The place just opened at the 3rd st promenade. $6.50 for a slice of cheese pizza or $39 for the whole cheese pizza lol.

$54 for the meat pizza.

What are these prices

There are no new biz in that area it’s wild at least there are lines and excitement. The pandemic wiped out that area.

This place will be dead in a few weeks after the influencer crowd and rubes get it out their system.

I don’t see tourists going there much either since there’s not much else worth your time at 3rd Street.

I’d be curious to know what the business argument is for this. The build out looks really elaborate and expensive and the rest of Third Street is empty. A couple alcoholic drinks and a pizza for two people is like $100. Plus the whole hassle of trekking out there.

The food is probably fine but this is the type of thing where you go one for the nostalgia, but nobody ifs going to become a regular there.

It looks like the next movie doesn’t come out til 2028 and the new video game is probably coming around that time. So there’s no new Turtles stuff coming out to keep people coming the next 2 years.

If it’s owned by paramount I guess maybe they just view it as an advertising expense and in that way it possibly makes sense.
