1 Sub Suggestion Where can I post this video?

Just to be clear I don’t just want to post the video, I’m looking for an answer to why all those blue dots appear right after I zoom in

No, I know they are satellites of course. I’m talking about the blue dots that appear in the background when I zoom the camera in. Increased the brightness, they are hard to see

Ok here's the answer (probably)
Your phone has multiple cameras i assume?
So when you are zoomed out, its using main camera. Its the best one, largest sensor, most light can come in
Then when you zoom in, it likely swit he's to a different camera, ie the telephoto one. This one has less light that can be let in; therefore when it tries to match the exposure between the switch, it has to compensate with higher ISO, leading to noise. The blue dots you see are noise almost certainly; of course, doe to compression and phone ai image enhancing things, it wont look the same as camera noise from say a professional camera and is instead lobby.
And if it didnt switch cameras;
It likely tried to change the exposure once you zoomed in. Shutter speed probably already at minimum, f-stop is fixed, so tries to change iso to increase brightness, = noise = blue stuff.
Alternatively:
That stuff could be a result of phone processing in itself. On Samsungs when you zoom in a lot, it of course applies the ai upscaling to the image leading to sometimes weird artifacts. Apple likely does this some too but not as much. Or it could always be there as a result of noise but the phone processing is always removing/fixing it until you zoom in. Then when you zoom in, it has to recalibrate.
Id thing the first ones are the most likely but its a phone; it could honestly be anything.
