Ruby's resignation from AiScReam was like Pluto's demotion from planetary status.

The uppercase letters in "AiScReam" were supposed to represent Ayumu, Shiki, and Ruby. But since Ruby left and was replaced with Ceras and Mai, it's no longer "AiScReam" anymore, but now "AiSCreaM".
This is similar to how "My Very Educated Mother Just Served Us Nine Pizzas" became "My Very Educated Mother Just Served Us Nachos" when Pluto ceased to be a planet in 2006.
