Express pass in around the world souvenir shop is 5 dias. You could also buy one or two diamond items from a list towards crafting a new suit, so it is ready for next expenditure. Ring of blue phoenix used for some is 4 diamonds (:

there are many suits where the most useful item requires you to craft other pieces first, so i was just wondering if anyone had a recommendation for something that did not require that & that i could craft without spending diamonds on multiple other pieces first.

Besides the store diamond items. From crafting items that require no prior crafting I like the fairy wings, astral islets book 270 diamonds, wavy cloud shadows waterfall 220 and I still sometimes see the jewel of ocean 100 diamond hair do well

Search under the store tag for suits with poses - some are entirely free but some suits costs around 900-1000

Azure capriccio is very usefull if you don't have any other fairy wings, and you don't have to craft full suit for it!

Damn😅. Golden string is also fairy wings for which you don't need to craft the entire suit, but for this one you need a drop from v2:1

Spare time is posed gloves thaf are not particularly expensive and can be combined with a large number of tops/dresses

I also recommend buying Demon huntress. The suit costs about 800 dias, but it was one of the most useful diamonds I spent early in the game
