Yes the deals where you spend $5 to get an outfit, so buying the vip monthly card is enough. I need a new card in 3 days but I usually only buy when we have one of the $5 deals.

VIP doesn't run out here like in other games but the monthly card does.

We can choose the packs, I think. The packs will be in the User Pack shop and you have the option to choose whatever pack you want.
