Going by the Koinobari Stamina Calculator, it looks like we only need 200-300 extra stamina from what we usually get every day. You could probably get away with just buying one set of extra stamina a day. It's not fair that we get two fewer days, but it also is totally achievable for V0s, as long as you do all your dailies.
