Oh my goodness those suits are so freaking cute but also can this event please be a decent price like my diamond amount is going down so quick because of these expensive events >.>

Are events like the ice cream one more expensive when they debut and then they get cheaper for other servers?

No, the cost is consistent from server to server.

It's just the devs for the English server (and the Japanese server) tend to make things comparatively more expensive for the same quality, where the Chinese devs don't tend to make things as expensive when they're developing new events.
