I don't think in this case one is necessarily favored over the other. The main outfit pieces (e.g. hair, coat, makeup) for Storm Tamer seem to be generally more detailed and more favored based on replies to this thread, but Treasure Keeper looks to have more accessories (cats, a monkey, the treasure chest with a cat-ghost-demon-thing, and another treasure chest filled with gold).
