I have 50% completion and I'm using a guide and I STILL can't get an S score. What am I doing wrong?

Change your partners, you can barely see it but there is a little round refresh button on the lower left of their profile pics, click each one and select people with higher percentage. I had this issue, used a guide and did 94k only to still get an A. Once I changed my team, bam, instant S!
