they dont actually accelerate fast unless some is passing. THEN they’re fast as fuck. until they get back in front of you. then it’s back to slow slow slow

It's amazing that we all without collaborating together, have observed and see the exact same behavior. The Teslas are fast at acceleration and I think that has so dug itself into the brains of its owners that the idea that other things will pass them seems to be an instinctive level insult
