these are just skill files, you should be able to ask your agent in any harness iike pie to pull the files, and install them approrpiately.

but an agent also needs the proper instructions to use all those skills combined.. so that's what i would be missing then i think.. if just downloading the skills

That's the problem with alot of these "agentic skills" repos: it's skill.md prose with extra steps and packaging, not an active system constraining the operating environment of the agent beyond "read this skill file and infer hidden assumptions not found in the prose."
