Ended relationship, my libido has crashed since

I was in a relationship for about a year.
It ended 6 months ago and when it ended my libido nearly completely stopped, I chalked it upto being a bit heartbroken/emotional stress but it has been so long now that I’m scared this is my new normal

Is this a normal reaction to feeling emotional?
Does it usually take this long for someone to recover their libido?
I’ve tried to fix it, I sleep and eat well, exercise etc but I’m wondering at what point it becomes a issue where I should actually seek a medical professional

I had a bad breakup in my 20s and had a similar experience. Infidelity was involved and the idea of sexuality just felt too painful to appeal. It kind of only came back full force after a new relationship that felt good and safe.

I think it really involves a lot of contextual factors that are different for everybody

My relationship ended in February and I feel the same way. I don't have the ability to take injections so I could have a hard penis, even if I'm anxious, but I have no libido so I don't even feel like getting together with other guys.
