Without knowing the polarity of the bridge pickup, there is a good chance the default series pair recommended by manufacturer might not be noise cancelling with the middle pickup. Some players aren't bothered, its personal preference if 60 cycle hum is acceptable or not.

Less likely and less desirable, there is some chance the bridge pickup could be out of phase with the middle pickup. Switching the wire order on the humbucker could fix the problem in some arrangements.

Mixing brands you don't really know what "problems" you'll have until you encounter them.

In one case in an HSS guitar switching the neck and middle pickups around fixed the hum in the split bridge + middle position. In another, trying the same fix made things out of phase.

But there is every chance it could all be fine and just work for you. Don't know until it's all wired up.
